1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 1971bed. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 1971bed ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website, mobile interface, wallet, betting markets, casino games, and all associated services operated under the 1971bed brand.

By accessing the 1971bed platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of 1971bed is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

2.1 Age Verification

Account access may be suspended during the verification period. Where a user is found to be under 18 years of age:

• The account will be permanently closed with immediate effect.

• Any winnings generated will be forfeited in full.
• The incident may be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full suite of 1971bed services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and managing your BDT wallet — you must create a verified personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on 1971bed at any given time. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different identity details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected:

• All duplicate accounts will be permanently suspended without notice.
• Balances across all duplicate accounts will be consolidated and may be withheld pending a fraud review.
• Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided in full.
• Depending on the severity of the violation, the primary account may also be closed.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide truthful and accurate information at all stages of the registration and verification process. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where warranted, referral to relevant authorities. You must notify 1971bed promptly of any changes to your registered details, including changes to your mobile number, email address, or preferred payment method.

3.3 KYC and Identity Verification

1971bed operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible financial practice. As part of KYC, you may be required to submit any of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
• Passport — photo page
• Bank account statement or mobile banking screenshot confirming your name and account number
• A selfie photograph held alongside your NID or passport

KYC review is typically completed within one business day. Withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 will not be processed until full KYC is complete. KYC documents are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 1971bed will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support immediately via live chat on the platform. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Wallet

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (subject to change — current limits are published in the Wallet section).
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited within 60 seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to appear in your 1971bed wallet.
• 1971bed does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a different method has been approved following additional verification.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within one business day. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed in under one hour during peak BST hours.
• Withdrawals above ৳50,000 require completed KYC verification before processing.
• 1971bed reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal at its sole discretion, particularly where fraud or money laundering risk is identified.
• Funds arising from voided bets or reversed transactions will be returned to your wallet balance and not automatically withdrawn.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month, deducted from the remaining wallet balance. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players will be notified by SMS and email before dormancy fees are applied, providing an opportunity to reactivate the account by simply logging in.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

All betting and casino activity on 1971bed is subject to the product-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform, as well as the general rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules will take precedence in relation to the specific product concerned.

5.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted subject to sufficient available balance in your 1971bed wallet at the time of placement.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed.
• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of 1971bed. Network latency and data feed delays are an inherent part of live betting; 1971bed is not liable for any bet placed on the basis of stale or delayed data.
• Void bets (e.g., abandoned matches, insufficient play) will be settled at odds of 1.0 and the stake returned to the wallet.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or BCCI). Any subsequent appeals or amendments to the official result are not taken into account once settlement has been completed.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event are published in the Wallet and Betting Rules sections. Winnings in excess of published limits will not be paid.

5.2 Live Casino

• Live casino games — including Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar — are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. Game outcomes are determined by the game studio's certified systems and are outside the control of 1971bed.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, any incomplete round will be resolved according to the game studio's disconnection policy. 1971bed accepts no liability for losses resulting from connection issues on the player's side.
• Table minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game interface and are subject to change by the game provider without prior notice.

5.3 Slots & Crash Games

5.4 Error and Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error (odds or payout clearly set at an incorrect level due to a software or human error), 1971bed reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player wallets. This right applies regardless of whether the error was in the player's favour or against it. Winnings generated as a direct result of a manifest error will not be paid.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

1971bed offers a range of bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible account holders. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only. Accounts under review, suspended, or restricted are not eligible to claim or use bonus credits.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per account, per household, and per device/IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable balance. The required wagering multiplier is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonus credits and associated winnings expire if not used within the validity period stated in the offer terms. Expired bonuses are voided automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• 1971bed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to an account, provided all applicable terms are met.

6.2 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions

1971bed may run special promotions aligned with Bangladeshi cultural and sporting events, including Eid, Durga Puja, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), BPL season, and ICC tournaments. These promotions will be announced on the platform and are subject to their own specific terms and validity periods.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing opposing bets to lock in bonus profits, or systematically withdrawing bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is identified, 1971bed reserves the right to void all bonus credits and associated winnings, suspend the account, and withhold any pending withdrawal pending investigation.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Both you and 1971bed have the right to close or suspend an account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat on the platform or by emailing support@1971bed. Upon receiving a valid closure request:

• Any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days.
• Bonus credits that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be voided and are not withdrawable.
• Account closure does not cancel any open bets; these will be settled according to normal rules and the resulting funds (win or loss) will be processed before the final balance is returned.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period through the Responsible Gaming tools available in the Account Settings section. Self-exclusion options range from 24 hours to indefinite exclusion. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be shortened or reversed before its expiry. Indefinite self-exclusions require a formal reactivation request and a 7-day cooling-off period before access is restored. 7.3 Suspension or Closure by 1971bed

1971bed reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or match-fixing activity
• Abuse of the bonus or promotional system
• Failure to complete KYC requirements within a reasonable period
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements
• Underage gambling

In cases of suspension due to investigation, your balance will be held securely pending resolution. Where closure is the result of a confirmed Terms breach, 1971bed reserves the right to withhold balances, void winnings, and recover any losses caused by the breach.

8. Limitation of Liability

1971bed provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and secure at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• 1971bed shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

8.3 Amendments to These Terms
